Web Site Design and Development
Effective site design and usability are critical to the success of a web site. Our staff designers and analysts at Partners Consulting work with the client to identify business requirements, audience analysis, presentation goals and branding strategy. Based on this research and understanding, multiple design concepts are created for the client to review, brainstorm, modify and approve.

The approved design concept is transformed into a protosite with basic navigation and reviewed with the client. The protosite will confirm that a design composite flows in an HTML environment. It also confirms design assumptions before significant time is invested in site construction. Finalizing the protosite is an iterative task as changes may take place before the protosite is signed off. At this point, the site construction can begin with the confidence that the overall “look and feel” and site map have been established.

Our systems development methodology is foundational to our CMMI 5 certification. It provides a wide range of tools, templates and process support for our client’s application development initiatives. Web Site Hosting
As a full-service Web Site Services provider, Partners Consulting will implement and host the infrastructure required to support your organization at Partners Consulting’s Data Center in Buena Park, California. This facility has the components to provide a secure, managed operation and the skilled personnel to manage it on a 24 by 7 basis. The Data Center is a 46,000 square foot facility with the hardware, telecommunications connectivity, five (5) levels of security, air conditioning, raised flooring, cabling, uninterrupted power supply system, backup generator, fire suppression system and other environmental controls.

Partners Consulting utilizes a leading provider of QS-based, customer-controlled network services specializing in real-time application performance across converged enterprise networks.

The servers and web sites are monitored on a 24 by 7 basis to measure performance and to insure optimum utilization. Escalation procedures are defined in the event that thresholds are exceeded. An incremental data backup is performed on a nightly basis and a full backup is performed on a weekly basis. Backups are secured and tapes are sent offsite.

Partners Consulting establishes Service Level Agreements with each of its clients to measure our performance to stated objectives. These Service Level Agreements are tracked and reported to the client on a monthly basis.

Each client is provided with the following monthly reports:

  • Web traffic reporting – provides a summary of the number of visitors and the most visited pages.
  • Server Utilization – a graph of the CPU utilization for all hosted servers.
  • Bandwidth Utilization – a graph depicting the amount of bandwidth used by the web site.
  • URL Latency – Graph depicting the responsiveness from locations within the United States.
