Partners Consulting provided Infrastructure and Business Intelligence services to Avail Medical Products including Service Desk Management support and report writing assistance. Additionally, the project team reviewed Incident Management procedures to identify process improvements and improve alignment with ITIL Foundations. Other strategic analysis included a review of Knowledge Management, Customer Survey, and Service Level Agreement procedures. We also participated in the creation of metrics, reporting plan, and service desk staffing plan for the next three (3) years.
