Partners Consulting was originally contacted by a product vendor asking us to provide strategic thought leadership to AON regarding the next stage of their Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative. After a near failure with another firm AON was very slow to take the next step in their IAM project. After many discussions, round tables, and reference checks, Partners Consulting was contracted to assist AON Corporation in the next two phases of their IAM implementation.
