Isuzu Motors Extends IT Agreement with Partners Consulting Services, Inc.
Isuzu agrees to three-year renewal to continue all IT support and services
Irvine, CA Partners Consulting Services, Inc. announced an extension of their Managed IT Services agreement with the Isuzu companies of North America, including Isuzu Motors America, LLC (ISZA) and Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Inc. (ICTA), to continue delivery of all information technology (IT) services. This includes Data Center Operations, Hosting, Desktop Support, Help Desk Services to Isuzu corporate and its dealers, Network Management, Web Design and Development and Systems Development and Maintenance.
The agreement is designed to continue providing cost-efficiencies for Isuzu while at the same time maintaining high service levels. "In today's economy, our clients are looking for new ways to increase their IT efficiencies and impact the bottom line," said Jim Cisneros, Partners Consulting’s EVP of Managed Services. "We are able to achieve these goals with our experience and credentials of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5, SAS 70 Compliance, Help Desk Institute certification and Microsoft Gold Partner status. Our long-term agreement with Isuzu has created a trusting and valued relationship."
Partners Consulting Services has been providing IT services to Isuzu and its North American affiliates since 1993, and this extension will go to 2014.
