Partners Consulting’s 16th Annual CSI Survey Results in Highest Score
Irvine, CA – February 22, 2011 –The Managed Services Division of Partners Consulting Services, Inc., a premier IT solutions and services provider, achieved an overall score of 4.44 (out of a possible five-point scale) in their 16th annual customer satisfaction survey. We are pleased to report that this is the highest score Partners has ever achieved!  The results demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction with Partners staff and the level of services provided.

Partners distributed 699 surveys to 36 different companies for an average return rate of 48%.  In the overall stratification category, Professionalism of the Staff ranked the highest score of 4.53, and the Desktop Support area ranked the second highest score of 4.41 in the overall department category.
